There is a 10 minute grace period after the 10 minute mark there’s a $10 late fee added. After 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled.

Deposit and Booking:A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. 3. Late Arrival:Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. 4. Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 5. No-Show Policy:Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future service 6. Hair Preparation:Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Additional charges may apply for detangling or washing services if required. 7. Maintenance and Care:Quick Weaves are designed for temporary wear and should typically be removed within 4-6 weeks. Proper maintenance and follow-up care are crucial for protecting your natural hair. Our stylists are happy to provide aftercare recommendations during your appointment. 8. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns about your Quick Weave, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for adjustments By booking a Quick Weave service with Kayy Vanity, you agree to adhere to these policies.
